Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Wyld 'N Free.

Please double-check your cart and shipping information before placing your order. If you need to modify your order, contact us with your order number and the correct information. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made before your order ships.

Processing Time

We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please keep in mind that each Wyld 'n Free product is made to order. It is created just for you once you hit “check out.” This helps us reduce waste and keep our collections intentional.

Because of this, please allow 5-7 business days for processing before your order ships. Some items may ship faster, but we want you to plan for a little extra time.

Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. During peak times or special product launches, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Shipping time will vary depending on your location.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping typically takes an additional 7-10 business days once your order has been processed.

International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

We offer free standard shipping within the United States!

Delays

We do our best to ensure timely deliveries, but please understand that delays can happen due to weather, carrier issues, or other unexpected circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Tracking a Package

Once your order leaves the warehouse, please get in touch with OnTrac, DHL, USPS, or UPS for updates on the status of your shipment. At that point, it is out of our hands, and we can only check the tracking number we previously provided to you. 

Tracking Information States The Package Has Been Delivered, But Cannot Be Located.

Once a package has been marked as "Delivered", there is nothing we can do. Please contact your local post office to further inquire about the packages' whereabouts. 

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Packages Returned to Sender

If a package is returned to us due to address issues, we will contact you to arrange for a new delivery. Please reply to our email within 30 days; otherwise, your order will be deemed null and void. If the package has not yet arrived at our address, please reach out to us to set up a new order. If 30 days have passed and you claim a package was delivered but not received, it is considered null and void.

*Items returned to sender because of a customer address error will be charged a shipping rate.
