Refund policy
Returns are accepted for store credit only. Please email us at wyldnfreeco@gmail.com, and if the return is approved we’ll send instructions for returning it so it can find its way back safely.
Hats and accessories or any item purchased at a discounted rate is considered a final sale and is not eligible for exchange or return.
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since receiving your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return. Returned items must be brand new, not worn or washed or damaged.
You are responsible for shipping charges to return your purchase.
If your item arrives damaged or there is a printing error, please email us at wyldnfreeco@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
If issued store credit, all credits will remain valid for use within 12 months from your issue date
Rather than reselling returned items, we choose to donate them whenever possible. It’s one small way we honor people, animals, and the planet.
